Artiste pluridisciplinaire (peinture, mosaïque, céramique, broderie...), Danielle Jacqui, née à Nice, développe dans l'univers de l'Art singulier, une écriture plastique internationalement reconnue, foisonnante et en constant renouvellement, à l'image de sa « Maison de celle qui peint », près d'Aubagne, véritable oeuvre d'art en soi. Par son travail et son usage pionnier des pratiques initiées par l'art contemporain (blog, workshop, résidence d'artiste...), elle remet en question les frontières existantes et l'exemplarité de son itinéraire permet de mettre en lumière la possibilité d'un parcours à inventer pour tout artiste autodidacte.

Multidisciplinary artist (painting, mosaic, ceramic, embroidery…), Danielle Jacqui, born in Nice, develops in the world of Outsider Art, an internationally recognized, plentiful plastic writing and in constant renewal, just like her « Maison de celle qui peint » (“House of that which paints”), near Aubagne, true work of art in itself.
By her work and her pioneer use of practices introduced by the contemporary art (blog, workshop, artist's residence…), she questions the existing borders and the exemplary nature of her route allows to bring to light the possibility of a course to be invented for every self-taught artist.
