Peter Puklus est un artiste et photographe basé à Budapest (Hongrie). Il a étudié à l’Université Moholy-Nagy d’Art et de Design de Budapest (MOME) et dans le département Nouveau Média Design de l’ENSCI à Paris. Il finit actuellement son DLA (Doctor of Liberal Arts) en photographie au MOME.

À côté du regard fixe photographique qui peut toujours être trouvé au centre des œuvres de Puklus, il a récemment commencé à explorer des territoires non découverts au-delà du cadre en bois. Ses projets récents impliquent des sculptures, des objets, des installations, des dessins et des vidéos. En 2012, il a publié deux livres de photos : « Un mètre et demi » avec Kehrer Verlag et Manuel aux Étoiles (Stars) avec Stokovec. À l'heure actuelle, il travaille sur son troisième livre « L'Histoire d'amour épique d'un Guerrier » qui sera publiée en 2015.

Peter Puklus is a Budapest based fine art and editorial photographer. He studied photography at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, Budapest (MOME) and new media design at the École National Supérieur de Création Industrielle in Paris. He is about to finish his DLA (Doctor of Liberal Arts) studies in photography at MOME.

Beside the photographic gaze who can always be found in the center of Puklus’ works, he recently started to explore undiscovered territories beyond the wooden frame. His recent projects involve sculptures, objects, installations, drawings and videos. In 2012, he published two photo-books: “One and a half meter” with Kehrer Verlag and “Handbook to the Stars” with Stokovec. At the moment he is working on his third book “The Epic Love Story of a Warrior” to be published in 2015.
